Gentle, Warm Water Cleansing with Customizable Comfort
The WASHLET S2 offers instant warm water cleansing that replaces the need for rough, wasteful toilet paper. With front, rear, and soft rear spray modes, plus an optional oscillating stream, the S2 gives you a refreshing clean that’s gentle and thorough.
Water temperature and pressure are fully adjustable with three temperature settings and five pressure levels, so you can personalize the experience to your exact preferences using the simple, integrated arm control panel.
Comfortable and Thoughtful Design
The S2 features a heated SoftClose® seat with three temperature settings, providing lasting comfort—especially during colder months. A built-in night light softly illuminates the bowl, making nighttime visits safer and more convenient without harsh overhead lights.
The warm air dryer with three adjustable temperatures gently dries the area after cleansing, eliminating the need for toilet paper and making the entire process hands-free and hygienic.
Hands-Free Hygiene with EWATER+® and PREMIST®
The WASHLET S2 is equipped with TOTO’s EWATER+® system, which transforms ordinary water into a safe, effective cleaning agent that automatically cleans the wand inside and out before and after each use—no chemicals needed.
Additionally, the PREMIST® function sprays the bowl with a fine mist of water before use, helping prevent waste from sticking and keeping your toilet cleaner between flushes.
A Healthier, Easier Way to Stay Clean
Whether you're caring for young children, recovering from surgery, managing a medical condition, or simply seeking a better clean, the WASHLET S2 offers reliable comfort and independence. It's especially helpful for individuals with limited mobility, arthritis, or skin sensitivities—no twisting, straining, or wiping required.
And by significantly reducing the use of toilet paper, the S2 also helps you save money and reduce your environmental impact over time.

I love it.
Really good bidet, unlimited hot water and powerfull flow , I love it!
Seat is very comfortable and we use at least 50% less toilet paper.
Enjoying the seat very much.
To Toto bidet is great. Easy to follow instructions, and great service
My order was well packaged, delivered in a reasonable amount of time, and the price was right. I really needed a bidet that was not tankless because the power draw of a tankless model caused bathroom lights to flicker with every use :(. The smaller power demand of the model I purchased makes a big difference. Too bad TOTO has stopped making tankless models.
Our experience has been great. We were about to move to our new house and I ordered two sets of electric japanese bidets from EverFlowBidets because they offered the best deals and they had a very good reputation. I panicked when i unpacked the package and found that one piece (tank) was broken- seems that the shipper didnt handle the fragile package with enough care. I gave customer service a call and they were extremely understanding and helpful. I was able to get a new piece overnight and free of charge. Much appreciated!
I did a lot of research, settled on this one, and I’m glad I did. Had it about 6 months now- easy install, still tightly attached, no issues with operation at all. Delivered on time, too. Very happy with it!
The ToTo Washlet exceeds expectations. Reasonably priced, delivered as promised, clear directions, installs easily, and works effortlessly.
This bidet has made regular toilets a disappointment. It was super easy to install too with clear instructions and a good manual that talks about how to clean it safely since electronics are involved. Cleaning is also really easy. If you’re someone who has IBS (which was our households motivator for purchasing it), it’s helpful for flare ups and making them less awful by allowing easier cleanup. A side note: the heated seat is something you quickly get used to that you’ll notice the absence of immediately if you then go use a normal toilet.
The only thing we would’ve changed is it probably would’ve been better to get an elongated bidet and switch out our toilet completely. If you’re a bigger person (even from just sheer size), the elongated would probably be better as the round seat is noticeably smaller than a normal toilet’s round toilet seat.
Good delivery and working well
Our Toto KS6 was easy for me to install and provides all of the hoped for comfort and hygienic benefits. Toto remains the standard in washlets.
The company was a pleasure to work with. I wasn't sure I was buying the right product, so I dropped Customer Service an email. Imagine my surprise when the owner of the company called me to answer my question! I received my new bidet, though I'm waiting on an electrician to install an outlet in the bathroom so I can install the bidet. I'll update this review once the product is in. Will absolutely buy from this company again!
The transaction was smooth and customer service was beyond exceptional. Will be making another purchase again in the near future!
We haven’t installed it yet as this is a new build. No issues with receiving and package very well.
I have not had such good customer service, even in a face-to-face store. Already have my next order planned for when I do the other bathroom. Neal was an absolute delight to work with. Not just anyone, the owner of the company
